Submit your event communications requests here. A few things to keep in mind.
- Check the Events Timeline to see how/when communications should be requested.
- Check the Communications Guidelines to see how we can get the word out.
- Events will be listed in the Newsletter only once as a main item. After that, it will be included as an upcoming event.
- Entry submissions may be edited for clarity and brevity.
- You will be responsible for your own backpack flyers. Templates are located here.
- No attachments will be accepted.
- Event announcements will also be located on the Events Calendar on the website.
